Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Maneshez Solutions Services. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Communication: Greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude, and communicate effectively to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Direction and Assistance: Assist clients in finding their way around the office, and provide necessary information to ensure they reach their destination.
  • Phone and Mail Management: Answer phones in a professional manner, take messages, and sort and distribute mail in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to colleagues, including copying, faxing, and making travel arrangements.
  • Meeting and Training Rooms: Prepare meeting and training rooms for events and activities.
  • Security and Compliance: Maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary, and maintaining visitor logs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
