Ambitious Greek Language Customer Service Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Greek Speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams, assisting passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in Greek & English languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assistance to passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in Greek & English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems & handling voice calls in English & Greek may include some written correspondence.
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.
- Demanding and time-sensitive call center environment
To be successful in this role, you will need to have native level fluency in Greek language: Verbal & Written, located in South Africa, and be a Permanent residence permit/ South African ID holder only. You must also be flexible to work shifts and have fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
We offer fully paid product and systems training provided, including 4 weeks (Fully Paid) of comprehensive training. The probation period is 4 months. If you are motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you
About the SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on experience. We believe that our staff are our greatest assets, and we offer a competitive salary and benefits package to reflect this.
