Airlines Greek Language Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Airlines Greek Language Sales Representative to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and sales.
Job Type: Full time/Permanent
Location: North West, South Africa
Workplace: Fully Remote
Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience
The ideal candidate will have native level fluency in the Greek language, both verbally and written. They will be located in South Africa and hold a permanent residence permit or South African ID. A fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line is required, as well as a UPS solution during load shedding.
About the Role:
- Work with a prestigious airline brand on various work streams
- Assist passengers with pre & post flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in Greek & English languages
- Handle airline reservations systems & voice calls in English & Greek, including some written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
- Work in a demanding and time-sensitive call center environment
