Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team as a German Language Expert. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing exceptional support through phone, chat, and/or email.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading eCommerce platform as a German Speaking Service Delivery Support Associate. You will play a critical role in ensuring successful deliveries by supporting customers, drivers, shippers, and Delivery Service Partners.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective customer support through various communication channels.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve delivery performance.
- Collaborate with teams to gather intelligence and prevent potential issues that may impact customer experience.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A strong command of the German language (both written and oral fluency).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Availability to work varying shifts, including early, late, overnight, and weekend shifts.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- R 117.35 per hour (base pay) + R 50.00 per hour (language allowance)
