Spanish Language Customer Service and Sales Representative

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a skilled Spanish Language Customer Service and Sales Representative to join their team. As a key member of their customer relations department, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to international passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in Spanish and English languages.
The ideal candidate will have native level fluency in Spanish, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a demanding and time-sensitive call center environment. They will be required to meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.
As a valued member of the team, the successful candidate will receive fully paid product and systems training, and will have the opportunity to work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Permanent residence permit/ South African ID, located in South Africa, and be flexible to work shifts. You will also need to have a fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line, and a UPS solution to prevent data loss during power outages.
