Greek Language Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Sales Professional with native-level fluency in Greek to join our team. As a key member of our customer relations department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to international passengers in Greek and English languages.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in a customer-centric environment
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Greek, including written correspondence
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels in a demanding and time-sensitive call center environment
Requirements
- Native level fluency in Greek language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
