Customer Experience Coach

As a Customer Experience Coach at Callforce Direct, you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance of our incubation team. Your key responsibility will be to facilitate the overall development and performance of the assigned team through effective coaching, feedback, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily coaching feedback to Team Leaders and Operations to ensure traction.
• Conduct internal calibration sessions every two weeks to analyze calls, score agents based on analysis, and align process and quality-related concerns.
Client Feedback & Alignment:
• Handle escalations (client journeys) daily by analyzing call queries.
Reporting:
• Prepare weekly reports on CEO escalations for analysis.
• Send calibration weekly reports to clients every Friday.
• Submit biweekly quality reports to the international quality team.
• Analyze monthly repeat calls and provide a deep report on the top ten agents incurring the highest repeats.
Quality Assurance:
• Complete daily quality assessments dependent on various requirements.
&; • Prepare a weekly detailed quality report.
• Analyze weekly call listening sent by the client.
• Hold calibration sessions (voice of our clients) every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Requirements:
• Strong people skills and passion for development and growth potential.
• Ability to facilitate reports, analysis, and presentations during training.
• Excellent communication and administration skills with attention to detail.
