Level-Up is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our enterprise sales efforts. This role involves driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic partnerships.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sales leader who can develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth across corporate sectors, partner channels, and emerging markets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth across corporate sectors, partner channels, and emerging markets.
  • B ld and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to promote business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end pre-sales process, including discovery, technical assessments, solution demonstrations, and proof of concept (POC).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to post-sales processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring clear communication of goals and priorities.
Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in implementing or selling supply chain technology solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise-level business development or sales management.
  • At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
