Job Overview

Hire Resolve's esteemed client seeks an exceptional Strategic Business Operations Director to spearhead their business operations. This key role involves providing strategic guidance and direction to achieve financial vision, mission, and long-term objectives.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the Cluster Head and be responsible for:

  • Business development through research and implementation of new initiatives to drive revenue and maintain quality products that are competitive.
  • Lowering operating costs while delivering excellent customer support.

This role requires close collaboration with cluster heads, employees, clients, key decision-makers, and external service suppliers to ensure seamless execution.

The Strategic Business Operations Director will oversee the attraction, hiring, and retention of talented individuals and manage resources effectively. Additionally, this role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to maintain market relevance and promote products and services to increase sales within the area of responsibility.

A successful candidate will have a strong track record of establishing business management in complex environments and possess the ability to develop business strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate will also have excellent professional ethics, integrity, judgment, and analytical skills.
