We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Professional to join our team in the Insurance sector. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients while promoting the Teleperformance brand.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service and support via phone, email, or chat

- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications and Skills
- 6-12 months of BPO experience in the insurance/financial services sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
