Overview: Teleperformance is a leading global customer experience company, seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team. As a Customer Experience Advocate, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Salary Range: $15-$20 per hour (dependent on location and experience)

Job Description:

  • Provide professional and courteous handling of customer contact in compliance with company directives.
  • Actively promote the Teleperformance Brand by delivering quality customer service, promoting products and services, and stimulating revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a Simply Brilliant customer service experience and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Owning the customer relationship, process customer service calls professionally, positively, and respectfully.
  3. Respond to customer questions, resolve issues timely, and escalate when necessary.
  4. Record and verify accurate information from all customer interactions, adhering to data protection regulations.
  5. Ensure full knowledge of the customer complaint escalation process, applying it consistently.
  6. Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
  7. Achieve performance targets set by Team Leaders to ensure customer excellence.
  8. Multitask effectively, adjusting between call types without loss of efficiency, composure, or knowledge.
  9. Liaise with other departments to resolve account queries, technical issues, and international network-related concerns.
  10. Support Account and Service Managers to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
  11. Offer upsells and cross-sells to callers where appropriate, upholding Company Brand integrity.
  12. Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance standards.
  13. Participate fully in personal accreditation in accredited modules, aiming for a minimum pass rate of 90%.
  14. Undertake additional tasks as directed by management to benefit the company and customers.
  15. Performance will be intrinsically linked to the company's bonus scheme (where applicable).
