You will be responsible for providing world-class products and services to clients while achieving targets in an inbound and outbound call centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Capture and Manage Client Information: Accurately capture client information on our relevant systems and ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
  2. Execute Broker Requests: Execute broker requests within agreed timeframes, quality standards, and legislation.
  3. Administrative Tasks: Handle all administrative tasks according to agreed standards and turnaround times.
  4. Broker Engagement: Engage with brokers in a client-centric manner, ensuring excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  5. Query Resolution: Ensure accurate completion of broker requests and follow up to resolve queries in a timely manner, as per service level agreements.
  6. Client Service: Provide effective, efficient, and professional service to all clients and offices, both telephonically and through written correspondence.
  7. Service Level Agreements: Ensure client service level agreements are met and exceeded.
  8. Productivity: Consistently achieve agreed productivity targets.
