Sales Area Manager

Emporium Human Capital is seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing sales activities in the designated area.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities and develop leads
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in managing a sales team
- Additional certifications or qualifications in sales or marketing
The Area Sales Manager will primarily work in an office environment but will also be required to travel within the designated area to meet clients. The role may involve occasional weekend or evening work to accommodate client meetings or events.
