Key Responsibilities- Grow client accounts - new and existing

- Manage clients within the allocated territory
- Ensure healthy relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver optimally to the client
- Accomplish with the assistance of the sales manager and the technical team as well as the sales administrator
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base within the healthcare, radiology, and veterinary markets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings with potential clients to promote the company's imaging solutions, including X-ray, CT, MRI, US and other equipment
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing customer inquiries, technical requirements, and post-sale support
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to ensure profitability while delivering value
- Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal teams, including service, technical support, and marketing, to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with product managers to stay informed about the latest advancements in diagnostic imaging technology and how they can meet customer needs
- Facilitate customer training sessions on the operation and maintenance of diagnostic imaging equipment
- Keep customers informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that may impact their business
- Minimum of 5 years of sales and account management experience in the medical or diagnostic imaging industry
- Strong technical understanding of diagnostic imaging systems (X-ray, CT, MRI, etc.)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of the sales process, with the ability to convert prospects into long-term customers
- Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of the healthcare and diagnostic imaging landscape, including market dynamics and regulatory requirements
- Customer Focus: Dedicated to understanding and fulfilling the needs of clients and delivering excellent customer service
