Business Development Manager

Emporium is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets
- Provide technical support and solution to customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Negotiate and agree contracts with customers
- Strategically expand, preserve or improve company procedures, standards or policies
- Matric qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Area or Team Manager, leading a team to reach sales targets
- Experience in electronic B2B space, selling to multiple dealers/resellers
- Business Development and Key Account Management experience is a bonus
- Affinity for technical products and solutions
- Experience in Security Distributors, Electrical Wholesales, ICT Distributors or related sectors is preferred
