Job Title: Business Development Manager

At CarTrack, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase our revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and position our products/services as the solution.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers.
  • Closing deals to achieve sales objectives.

Requirements:

  • Completed Matric (matric certificate required)
  • Proven track record of success in an external sales hunter role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in new business development and B2B sales
  • Established network of corporate clients in the Logistics/Cold Chain Logistics/Engineering/Construction/Manufacturing/Car Rental/Mining and/or Transport industry
  • Must have B2B sales experience in a corporate environment - NOT retail, car dealership, insurance, banking, beauty, pharmaceutical or wholesale)
  • Valid drivers license (not expired)
  • South African ID
