**Job Description:**


The Hiring House is seeking an experienced Insurance Business Development Manager to lead our Sales and Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our sales and marketing plans, recruiting and supporting brokers, and offering training to brokers and their sub-agents.


**Key Responsibilities:**



  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing plans
  • Recruit and support brokers
  • Offer training to brokers and their sub-agents
  • Identify and develop new and current markets
  • Maintain production targets and retain business

**Requirements:**



  • Matric qualification
  • Diploma/Degree/Long Term Insurance qualification recognized by the FSCA
  • 2 years Project Management experience
  • 2 years experience in the Long-Term Insurance industry
  • At least 1 year advice and intermediary experience in category A, B, C, and retail benefits
  • 1 year management experience in the insurance industry
  • Regulatory Examination Level 1: Representatives and Level 1: Key Individual (Advantage) certifications
