Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager at RecruiTech, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the courier industry.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual targets.
- Proactive in identifying new business leads and converting them into clients.
- Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Pursue strategic partnerships with key corporate clients to expand our presence in the market.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification (Matric).
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the courier industry, specializing in transportation services.
- An impressive sales track record is essential.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of R250,000 - R400,000 per annum, depending on experience.
