Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager at RecruiTech, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the courier industry.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual targets.
  • Proactive in identifying new business leads and converting them into clients.
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Pursue strategic partnerships with key corporate clients to expand our presence in the market.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification (Matric).
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the courier industry, specializing in transportation services.
  • An impressive sales track record is essential.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of R250,000 - R400,000 per annum, depending on experience.
