Business Development Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at KMCK Talent Sourcing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the courier industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Focus on sales development, cold canvassing, and lead follow-up to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze sales data and identify trends.
- Provide daily reporting on sales statistics and performance.
- Identify new markets and industries where our services can be offered.
Requirements:
- National certificate (Grade 12/Matric) or equivalent advantageous.
- Sales/Marketing certificate/diploma advantageous.
- No less than 3 years of experience in selling business-to-business.
- Courier sales experience is essential.
- Proven experience as a successful sales representative in the courier industry.
- Results-oriented and driven by a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to travel within the designated region as needed.
- Own vehicle essential.
