Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and talent acquisition: Source, select, and onboard top talent for the organization.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by developing and implementing effective industrial and employee relations strategies.
  • Disciplinary Actions & Performance Management: Oversee disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and CCMA proceedings.
  • Statutory Reporting: Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements, including training and development initiatives, and BBBEE regulations.
  • Policies & Procedures: Create and maintain employment policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
  • Corporate Social Investment: Lead the corporate social investment program and manage HR administrators to ensure seamless support.
Desired Experience & Qualification

A Human Resources degree or related qualification is necessary for this position. IR experience is desired.

BBBEE experience is also desired.

The ideal candidate must be willing to travel within South Africa.
