Tasks

  1. Maintain and update employee records and databases accurately.
  2. Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  3. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  4. Assist in processing payroll and maintaining attendance records.
  5. Support the HR department in organizing company events and training sessions.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR clerical or administrative role.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
