Strategic Sales Director: Business Expansion

Vox Telecommunications is seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Director to lead our business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies to expand our customer base.
About the Role- We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales leadership. Your expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics will enable us to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
- You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, identify pain points, and solve them through process improvements.
- In this role, you will also be responsible for proactively identifying issues and solutions to improve the efficiency of our sales force, ensuring we stay ahead of the competition.
- You will participate in weekly, quarterly, and annual sales planning by preparing and supporting the delivery of specific sales coverage and forecasting analytics.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to refine sales processes, improve pipeline management, and enhance sales performance.
- Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving sales efficiency, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex sales data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
