Strategic Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:
Capital Recruit is seeking a skilled Strategic Business Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans to expand our customer base and maintain key client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies to meet revenue growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling value propositions and sales collateral for new business initiatives.
- Manage and analyze sales pipelines to accelerate the sales cycle.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of agreements with prospective clients to ensure win-win outcomes.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and addressing any concerns or objections raised by prospects.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and generate leads for new business development.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our cash management solutions.
- Focus on securing meetings with decision-makers to discuss potential business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in external sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and own car.
Benefits:

Education and Experience:
- Matric certificate essential.
- Computer literacy required.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel advantageous.
- BCom degree advantageous.
- At least 3 years' experience in external sales or business development.
Salary Estimate:
R20 000 - R25 000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
