Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team at People Dimension. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and development.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing key client relationships, generating new sales, and developing strategic solutions to meet customer needs. They will be responsible for:
- Developing and sustaining strong relationships with major clients to drive business growth and revenue.
- Analyzing customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions that meet their goals.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
- Identifying opportunities for expansion and implementing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the FMCG environment.
- Proven experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with professionals at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and sales statistics.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary package, we also offer:
