Job Overview

The Sales Representative role at HR Genie is a dynamic position that requires a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with outlet owners, driving weekly customer calls to resolve issues and achieve sales targets.

You will ensure accurate customer master data is captured and maintained on our Rapid Trade system, achieving customer sales volume targets and ensuring consistent purchasing from the company on a weekly basis.

This role involves delivering product availability, merchandising, promotions, pricing, and space in each outlet, monitoring volumes to ensure 100% availability of key brands and packs through forward planning.

You will manage stock rotation, drive selective merchandising implementation, negotiate price communication, capture price priorities, and execute price and promotion campaigns throughout the year.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also manage company refrigeration assets, govern compliance, and ensure company products are stocked according to guidelines.

This role requires Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4 qualifications and up to 2 years of experience in a sales/marketing/FMCG environment. You must have basic knowledge of PC systems or be willing to acquire it.
