At Cochrane Global, we are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Business Growth Specialist to join our team.

We offer an attractive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

The Strategic Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, relationship-building, and strategic account management.

This individual will work closely with our sales team to develop targeted campaigns and identify new revenue streams. A strong understanding of the products and services we offer is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new business leads through outbound calls, email, and social media marketing
  • Develop and execute targeted telesales and email campaigns to introduce our solutions to key decision-makers
  • Manage client data in our CRM platform, ensuring accurate information and logging all communications
  • Analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to enhance website traffic and lead generation

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate (non-negotiable)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 0-3 years' experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed activity quotas
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Technical Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
