Our team at Architectural Services is passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Branch Administrator, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting the success of our Branch Manager and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Administration or a related field;
- At least 2 years' experience in administration, preferably in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients;
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic;
- Familiarity with Archival Services software and systems an advantage;
