This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Gain experience in digital marketing agencies.
- Perform various administrative tasks.
- Handle correspondence, create documents, and prepare reports as needed.
- Update and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support project management by tracking progress, coordinating deadlines, and maintaining project documentation.
- Provide virtual meeting support, including conference setup, agenda management, and minute-taking.
- Contribute to team efforts with ad-hoc tasks and administrative duties.
- Research locations and keywords for our analytics report.
