The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office efficiency, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the team with general office management. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring efficiency.
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Supporting and coordinating administrative tasks for the legal team.
- Handling client and visitor inquiries, providing a professional and friendly point of contact.
- Organizing meetings, schedules, and office events.
- Maintaining office systems and assisting with file management and document organization.
- Liaising with external service providers and vendors as needed.
- Managing office health and safety protocols.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
