Regional Sales Growth Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Growth Manager to drive sales and revenue growth within a specific geographic area.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the region.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to inform decision-making and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Management, Sales, or Marketing is preferred.
- 3-5 years of material handling experience, with a focus on sales and revenue growth.
- Forklift experience is imperative.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
