Results-Driven Business Growth Specialist

The role of a Business Generation Representative at Cochrane Global is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to contribute to the growth of our company. With a strong focus on pipeline generation through targeted marketing events, you will play a critical part in driving business expansion.
This position requires a dynamic personality with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will be responsible for qualifying prospects and producing high-quality leads that convert into revenue. As the first point of contact for many potential clients, you will need to build strong relationships and provide exceptional client service skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Working closely with our sales team to develop targeted telesales and email campaigns within designated territories
- Managing data for new and prospective clients in our CRM platform, ensuring accurate logging of communications and information
- Preparing and analyzing sales pipeline reports and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Gaining knowledge related to our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification (non-negotiable)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 0-3 years of experience in telemarketing and/or inside sales, or Business Development exposure
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed activity quotas
- A proven track record of building strong client relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE INCLUSION OF MS OFFICE AND SALESFORCE PRODUCT PROFICIENCY IS KEY TO SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE. Estimated salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum based on location.
