About the Role

The Isle of Man Government is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our Customer Experience Team in Government Technology Services. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers for all IT-related issues.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their enquiries, troubleshooting basic IT issues, and triaging incident tickets to the appropriate teams. Your excellent organisational skills will be essential in dealing with a range of customers from different government departments and internal staff to third-party suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to customers for all IT-related issues
  • Respond to customer enquiries and troubleshoot basic IT issues
  • Triage incident tickets to the appropriate teams
  • Deal with a range of customers from different government departments and internal staff to third-party suppliers
