Dedicated Service Desk Agent for Italian-Speaking Clients

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role, with a proven track record of managing service requests and resolving technical issues efficiently. In addition to your technical skills, you'll possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with users effectively and build positive relationships.

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling incoming service requests and incidents from Italian-speaking users, accurately logging and categorizing issues in the service management system, and prioritizing and escalating issues as necessary. You'll also provide immediate assistance and resolution to common technical issues, troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently during the initial contact, and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure they're addressed in a timely manner.
