Senior Managed Services Client Service Desk Lead

We are seeking a skilled Senior Managed Services Client Service Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our service desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive, log, validate, and diagnose client requests, utilizing standard operating procedures and knowledge of our products and services.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by following up on requests and reporting progress in a timely manner.
- Use discretion to respond to tickets, applying problem-solving skills and product knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide first-call resolution whenever possible, leveraging standard operating procedures or work instructions.
- Identify knowledge gaps and trigger the creation of relevant articles when necessary.
- Collaborate with resolver groups and other functions to ensure timely updates are sent to clients.
- Produce breach and aging reports for tickets opened by the service desk.
- Continuously assess processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Ambitious self-starter with a passion for IT and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
- Skilled at using sound judgment to escalate complex issues to higher levels.
- Methodical approach to ticket resolution, with attention to detail and a focus on client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, from clients to vendors and internal teams.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Able to work in a 24/7 shift structure, based on a defined roster.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts and experience with network technologies, security, cloud, video conferencing, and collaboration tools is an asset.
