Italian Speaking Service Desk Operations Specialist

Looking for a career opportunity in service desk operations? We are seeking an experienced Italian speaking service desk agent to join our team at The Legends Agency.
We offer a competitive salary of R25k - R30k/month and the chance to work with a dynamic and innovative company.
Job Description:
- As a service desk operations specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming service requests and incidents from Italian-speaking users.
- You will accurately log and categorize issues in our service management system, prioritizing and escalating them as necessary.
- Immediate assistance and resolution will be provided to common technical issues, and you will troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently during the initial contact.
- Follow-up on unresolved issues will ensure timely resolution or appropriate dispatch to specialized support teams.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear, empathetic communication, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy while managing user expectations.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain knowledge of the latest technology trends and updates relevant to service desk operations, contributing to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and support documentation.
- Prioritize process improvements, participate in training and development opportunities, and enhance your skills and knowledge.
Experience Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
- A proven track record of managing service requests and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Experience supporting Italian-speaking users is essential.
Skills Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with users effectively and build positive relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Italian and English, conveying technical information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
