At Pro Select Consulting, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team in the Johannesburg region. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to deliver and exceed on allocated sales targets while building strong relationships with Financial Advisers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a robust network of Financial Advisers, ensuring consistent growth of their panel.
  • Assist in identifying new potential Financial Advisers and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Provide expert training and ongoing product support to Financial Advisers, facilitating a seamless sales process.
  • Participate in proactive sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with competitor product and service offerings, making recommendations to management where necessary.
  • Regularly review and analyze the New Business Pipeline, tracking conversion rates and providing weekly insights.
  • Deliver presentations and exhibit exceptional telephone skills, capable of making successful cold calls and selling products telephonically.

A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a panel of Financial Advisors is essential for this role.
