You will work closely with our team to achieve operational excellence and meet or exceed client expectations. To be successful in this role, you must have strong customer service skills and communication abilities, as well as a proven track record of delivering results in a contact centre environment.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • 6 months of contact centre experience
  • Matric qualification
  • South African citizenship
  • Residency in Cape Town
  • Strong customer service skills and communication abilities
