This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Professional to join EXL Service in Cape Town, South Africa. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience working in a call centre environment.



About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Professional to manage inbound calls from customers in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of call centre experience and be able to provide high-quality service to customers.



Key Responsibilities



  • Managing inbound calls from customers in the UK market
  • Providing high-quality customer service to meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions


Requirements



  • 6-12 months of call centre experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Matric certification
  • Credit and criminal record clearance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Salary and Benefits


The salary for this role is estimated to be around R250,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including medical aid, retirement annuity, and life insurance.
