HR Studio Ltd is hiring a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in ensuring unparalleled support and success for our users, tenants, and landlord clients. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer experiences and onboarding new tenants effectively.
The Role:
- Customer Support: Provide timely assistance to customers via email, phone, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Tenant Onboarding and Management: Conduct comprehensive training sessions, assist with the full onboarding process, and support coordination of training sessions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the admin team to manage general administrative tasks and provide feedback to improve customer support processes.
Your Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in customer service or support roles.
- Basic understanding of CRM and ticketing systems like Zendesk.
- Able to anticipate customer needs, address potential issues proactively, and find creative solutions when necessary.
- Capable of working well with others, sharing knowledge, and managing own emotions to build good relationships.
Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary for this position is $70,000 per year.
