Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Manage the payroll process from start to finish, including data entry, calculations, and payments.
  • Time and Attendance: Maintain and update employee time and attendance records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Query Resolution: Provide support and clarity on pay-related queries, correcting errors and amending payroll accordingly.
  • Masterfile Data: Capture and maintain annual tax tables, medical aid contribution schedules, and provident fund contribution schedules.
  • General Administration: Support HR Generalist in drawing and finalising employee termination documents, ensure proper filing and administration of payroll documentation, and attend to confirmation of employment requests.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: NDip HR
  • Experience: 5 years of experience conducting payroll independently in an organisation, 2 years of Time & Attendance system experience
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of payroll systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), HR System, and Labour Relations Act
