The Senior HR Practitioner will be pivotal in directing and managing various facets of human resources within Staff Solutions Recruitment.
Your role will encompass the execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs that are in harmony with our business goals and facilitate the growth and development of our workforce.
This position necessitates a profound comprehension of HR principles, robust leadership capabilities, and the aptitude to influence and collaborate across all organizational tiers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Formulate and execute HR strategies that bolster our organizational objectives and enhance performance.
Offer strategic counsel and insights on HR matters to senior leadership.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
Supervise the recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the organization attracts and retains exceptional talent.
Devise and implement effective talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and performance evaluation.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Promote a positive employee relations atmosphere through effective communication, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement.
Initiate programs to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Compensation and Benefits Administration:
Oversee compensation and benefits initiatives to ensure competitiveness and alignment with organizational aims.
Evaluate compensation data and trends to provide recommendations for salary adjustments and incentive programs.
HR Operations and Compliance:
Manage HR operations, including payroll, HRIS administration, and adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are current and compliant with legal standards.
Leadership and Development:
Guide and mentor HR personnel, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Provide coaching and support to managers on HR-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in a senior HR capacity, demonstrating success in strategic HR management.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices. HR certification (e.g., HRP, HRS, HRG, HRBP, HRMP, etc.).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
Leadership:
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to drive initiatives and manage change.
Analytical Skills:
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Ethical Standards:
High level of integrity and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all HR functions.
