HR Administrator

**Position**:
The main responsibility is to provide the company with a human resources service relating to Employee Relations ensuring that the company complies with all Labour legislation.
**Performance Areas**
- Recruitment and Selection process from job spec detailing, advertising, recruiting through to employing new staff members
- Onboarding of all new employees including contract management and administration.
- Exiting employee administration
- HR Administration, including policies, organograms and record keeping
- Assist with Industrial Relations and Disciplinary Issues including CCMA matters
- Negotiate / correspond with the current labour union/s
- Payroll / month end salary process
- IOD Submissions
- Assist with Health and Safety Management.
- Monthly HR and payroll reporting
- Workforce allocation planning
**Qualifications & Experience**
- National Diploma and/or degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources as a HR Administrator or HR officer with FMCG with be advantageous.
- Excellent administration, communication and computer skills required.
- Knowledge of CCMA matters will be advantageous.
- Valid driver’s licence will be an advantage.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
