Sales Growth Specialist

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a proven track record of closing high-value deals in the tech space? We're seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa, to drive sales growth for our AWS cloud services and custom software development offerings.
About the RoleAs a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure. You will work closely with our AWS and software development teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted strategies to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business leads through prospecting and research.
- Product Demos and Consultative Sales Meetings: Conduct product demos and consultative sales meetings to showcase our AWS and software development offerings to potential clients.
- Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of qualified leads and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with our SDRs and marketing teams to optimize sales processes and develop targeted strategies.
- Customer Feedback: Provide customer feedback to our product and engineering teams to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within a software development or cloud services company.
- AWS cloud experience is a must, or experience with other cloud providers.
- A proven track record of closing high-value deals in the tech space.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
We offer a competitive salary of R1,200,000 per annum, plus a commission structure that rewards high-performers. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, life insurance, and a retirement savings plan.
