Overview

Meondoholdings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that sales targets are met.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing: Process orders via email or phone in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Data Accuracy: Check data accuracy in orders and invoices to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Customer Communication: Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Logistics Liaison: Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and efficient supply chain management.
  • Sales Record Keeping: Maintain and update sales and customer records accurately and efficiently.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent is essential for this role.
  • Team Player: You must be a team player with high level of dedication and ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular) is required.
  • Understanding of Sales Metrics: Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are necessary to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
