Job Title: Business Development Sales Enablement Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Sales Enablement Professional to join our team at GBS in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. As a key member of our sales enablement team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales force in achieving their goals.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of business administration principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. You will be responsible for assisting in generating and analyzing sales and operational reports, presenting insights to the sales management team, and collaborating with support departments to address day-to-day sales needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and testing report specifications to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the sales management team to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales incentive budgets and tracking sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field from a public tertiary institution.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • South African citizenship and residency in or around KwaZulu-Natal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
