Business Development Manager

Bidvest Protea Coin is a leading company in the industry, committed to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for rendering a comprehensive pro-active security service, liaising with clients, handling internal queries, sustaining growth and profitability, coordinating management functions, increasing staff performance and productivity, and ensuring adherence to Group Divisional policies.
Responsibilities- Render a proactive security service to ensure the safety and security of clients and their assets.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and handle all internal queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Sustain growth and profitability by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective strategies to achieve them.
- Coordinate all management functions within the area, including personnel management, financial management, sales and marketing, and planning and management.
- Ensure that all staff at the branch are performing at their best, and implement measures to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Adhere to Group Divisional policies, including standard operation procedures, and ensure that all staff members are aware of and comply with these policies.
- PSIRA certification Grade A is required for this position.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management position is necessary.
