The Hiring House seeks a highly skilled Business Development Lead to spearhead our sales efforts and drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and make a significant impact.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key performance areas, including growing the value of new business, distribution management, efficiency management, and overseeing regulatory requirements.

You will also be expected to develop and maintain a high-performing sales team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

A key aspect of this position is managing market conduct requirements and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the financial services industry and experience in sales leadership.

An FSCA recognized degree is essential, as well as Regulatory Examination Level 5: Representatives and Level 1: Key Individuals certifications.

Candidates must also have at least 1 year of management experience and 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around R600,000 - R800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
