Insurance Business Development Specialist

Develop and maintain sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.
- Recruit and manage brokers to achieve production targets.
- Offer training and support to brokers and their sub-agents.
- Identify and develop new and existing markets to expand business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with clients and prospects to retain business.
A strong academic background and relevant certifications are required.
- Matric qualification.
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field (preferably recognized by the FSCA).
Proven experience and skills in the long-term insurance industry.
- Regulatory Examination Level 1: Representatives.
- Regulatory Examination Level 1: Key Individual (Advantage).
A combination of project management, sales, and insurance industry experience is necessary.
- At least 2 years of project management experience.
- 2 years of experience in the long-term insurance industry.
- At least 1 year of advice and intermediary experience in categories A, B, C, and retail benefits.
- 1 year of management experience in the insurance industry.
