Business Growth Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual who is confident in their ability to drive excellent client outcomes and foster personal and career growth.
This role requires a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role within Healthcare and/or Retirement Funding, with a proven track record of success in sales.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently under pressure, and possess effective planning skills to manage a large client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify opportunities for new business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with client management and bid management teams to achieve budgeted revenue targets.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be registered as a representative with the FSB under the FAIS Act.
- Advantageous: NQF5 Wealth Management/Healthcare experience and Retirement fund consulting experience.
