Solar Business Growth Specialist

The Solar Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion. This involves leading a team of sales representatives, nurturing key stakeholder relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify market trends and opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in solar sales, excellent leadership and communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of solar energy products and systems.
Qualifications- At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the solar industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
