Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the solar industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
